Returns Policy

General Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards for fragrance products, NBs Aromas does not accept returns on most items, including:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Items with broken or tampered seals
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Scent preference issues (“I don’t like the fragrance”)
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Clearance or final-sale items

This is to ensure the safety and freshness of all customers.

Returns Are Accepted ONLY If:

We ONLY accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ You received a damaged product

✔ You received the wrong item

✔ The product has a major manufacturing defect

✔ The item is leaking, broken, or not functioning

✔ You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

✔ You provide clear photo/video proof

If approved, we will either:

  • Replace the product, OR
  • Provide store credit, OR
  • Approve a refund (in special cases only)

Return approvals are at the sole discretion of NBs Aromas.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Your full name and contact details
  • A short description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

For your return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused
  • Packaging must be intact and sealed
  • All accessories and freebies must be included
  • Product must be returned in its original condition
  • Customer must follow all return instructions given by NBs Aromas

We may deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any situation:

  • Opened products
  • Room fragrances, essential oils, diffusers that have been used
  • Gift cards or promo items
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Clearance sale items
  • Products without proof of issue
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item/damage), shipping is 100% free.
  • If the product is returned without approval, customer must bear all shipping costs.
  • NBs Aromas is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.

Delivery Issues (Lost/Stolen Packages)

If the courier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • You must contact the courier directly
  • NBs Aromas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

We can assist by providing tracking information for your claim.

Return Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email
  • Approval or rejection will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 3–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank

Store credit or replacement items are processed immediately.

Right to Refuse Returns

NBs Aromas reserves the right to refuse any return request that:

  • Does not meet the conditions described above
  • Is submitted after 48 hours
  • Lacks proper proof
  • Shows signs of misuse or tampering
  • Represents fraudulent or suspicious activity
